Creative Ways to Watch Movies in Raleigh

Thinking about the weekend and planning what to do is always fun so I wanted to give you some ideas for your date night or your family night. Here are some creative ways to watch movies right here in Raleigh, NC

Drive In Movie Theatres

Raleigh Road Outdoor Theatre is one of only 6 drive in theatres left in operation in North Carolina.
Current owners, Mark and Jennifer Frank, purchased the theatre in December 2011 from Jim and Megan Kopp. The Franks are dedicated to providing quality family entertainment for a great value. They are open Thursday through Sunday. They have an incredible concession stand menu too! YUM!

Tune your car radio to 90.3 FM to hear the movie audio.
Please remember to shut off your headlights for everyone’s enjoyment of the film.
Larger vehicles will be parked in the back.
Bathrooms are located within the commons area if needed. We encourage social distancing when leaving your car is necessary.
Food can be purchased from our daily on site food trucks.

At Home Movies

This one might be my favorite because we have a lot of food allergies in our family, so we can stay home and enjoy a great outdoor movie by renting the screen and inviting our friends and neighbors to join in the fun. You can even rent a popcorn machine too!!!

As you can see here in Raleigh, NC we have many great ways to watch a movie other than your standard sit on the couch, grab some popcorn kind of night! Connect with them on their website to get a quote and enjoy the fun memories you will make with your family!
