On the Go Healthy Snacks for You

Healthy Energy Bites for You

I have the perfect snack for you, whether you are a busy mom, selling your house, or just need a pick-me-up  in the afternoon. Prepare these and store them in your fridge. I can’t promise they will be there for long!

 ‘Energy Bites’ Recipe or High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

1.5 cup Oats (gluten free or regular)
¾ cup of Peanut Butter (or any nut butter you like)
¼ cup of Honey
⅔ Cup of Chocolate Chips (Our fave are Enjoy life)
½ tsp of Cinnamon (optional but soooooo good)

Mix all together
Take a small scoop and roll it together with your hands & place on cookie sheet lined w/parchment paper
Flatten in a pan (lined w/ parchment paper) to make granola bars

Place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes
